Secky_01 is an intelligent n8n-based virtual secretary designed to handle end-to-end administrative tasks. It automates interactions, manages CRM entries, and handles scheduling with a calendar integration. Key capabilities include:

✅ Client Interaction & Message Management: Secky_01 engages in dynamic chat conversations, asking for and validating user details such as name, phone, email, and appointment preferences. It also handles message history, summaries, and response generation.

CRM Integration: Automatically logs new client information (name, phone, email, notes) into a Google Sheets CRM or similar database, ensuring real-time contact tracking and record keeping.

✅ Calendar Booking: Creates and manages calendar events titled with the client’s name, while validating working hours (e.g., Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM Asia/Beirut). Prevents overlapping bookings and respects duration constraints (e.g., 45-minute slots).

Appointment Management: Supports appointment updates and deletions. When conflicting or duplicate entries arise (e.g., clients with the same name), it asks clarifying questions and lists available options with identifiers such as email, phone, or appointment time.

Summarization & Logging: Summarizes interactions, logs tasks, and ensures all steps are tracked, including confirmations and cancellations.
